Our long-lasting experience in the professional field as the editorial team, as well as on the ground of personal contacts with diabetics and their families, over and above facing the problem from medical standpoint and ordinary human position enable us to create magazine with an unique atmosphere. Also, we concentrate on issues important to diabetics trying to understand their individual shape of life but also we focus on healthy people issues either. We talk about issues directly related to the disease (causes of the disease, symptoms) and its consequences, but also what is very important we are very keen on bringing the very world and life closer, for we do believe our Readers to be open and curious of it all.

“Diabetes and Health”  is about all aspects of a diabetic's life, self-control in diabetes, medic and diagnostic equipment, parapharmaceutics, dermcosmetics, healthy diet, exercises. Readers can find many interesting articles about leisure activities, exercises, psychology. In a word, we engage into the whole body, so as to be able to support and ease diabetes’ lives.

Our special actions are Thursday Dinners at Diabetics based on polish king’s Stanisław August Poniatowski eighteenth century royal tradition of mindful dining, during which the atmosphere was delicate and gentle, but the sense weighty, where concepts, observations and proposals were served to wide-ranging well-being of citizenry. The ideas that was born then have huge cultural and political and social impact on polish reality. At our gatherings we talk as well about important matters cause concerning diabetes which is incurable illness and it has occurred that about the most important things it can be discussed in a fun and tasty food atmosphere and what’s significant, gained knowledge stays for a long time in memory.

At Thursdays Dinners at Diabetics we are giving answers to these questions: How to teach and not to bore? How relay difficult knowledge in a "fun and easy way"? How to encourage visitors to get back for another lesson and take someone else with them? It has occurred that about the most important things like serious illness it can be discussed with an atmosphere of fun and relaxation, enjoying great food and what’s significant, gained knowledge stays for a long time in memory.

Thursdays Dinners at Diabetics have been so far responded with much of gratitude and appreciation. Our gatherings are highly respected by diabetics, people from medical, cultural and political environment. The idea is to combine time together, cooking, taking pleasure in culture and having the benefit of educational quality all in one. We trust, that the convention adopted from “royal” dining will appear perfectly advantageous to unable diabetics facing the disease on the daily basis, the disease that is already obvious to be a plague of our civilisation.
